I did not participate in any St. Patrick’s Day festivities over the weekend.  Instead, I watched some Top Shot.  Top Shot is a show on the History channel that features top marksmen competing to be “top shot.”

In the episode I watched yesterday, the teams had to compete with tomahawks, playing tic-tac-toe on a large target board.  It was more intense than one would think.

The two people nominated for elimination on the losing team then had to see who could puncture the most balloons with blowgun darts.  And it was windy.  So that was exciting.

I also love it when they bring in bows.  Most of the people are highly proficient with firearms, but that doesn’t mean they’ll do well with a bow and arrow.
